Steel Fabrication

Steel fabrication is the process of converting steel into steel structures or spare parts using a variety of fabrication processes including cutting, bending, welding and assembling processes. Simply, steel fabrication is basically transforming a metal into the shape you need.

This blog post will provide a brief overview of steel fabrication, its methods and applications of steel fabrication.

WHAT IS STEEL FABRICATION?

Steel fabrication is the process of building steel components and structures from raw metal materials. These methods include:

  1. Raw Materials
  2. Cutting
  3. Punching
  4. Assembly
  5. Bending
  6. Welding
  7. Surface Treatment
  8. Checking / Final Inspection
  9. Packing Loading Shipment

There are currently more and more steel structure buildings, whether high-rise buildings, aircraft hangars, railway stations, exhibition centers or activity centers, museums, shopping malls, factories, scenic spots, bridges, and steel structure projects, that can be seen everywhere. Modern warehouses are almost always steel structures. The steel structure warehouse building has less column area, can reduce indoor size, increases usable space, has good seismic performance, has a short construction period, and saves money. The advantages are undeniable.
